A glimpse into some of my hobbies (activities I wish I had more time for) outside research.

  • Sports: I trained in Taekwondo during college, inspired by Power Rangers. Yes, I have been kicked in the head. I also tried parkour when I was in San Jose for three months. Currently learning how to ride an electric longboard and focusing on improving my table tennis skills.

  • Cooking: I am an avid home cook inspired by Sorted Food and Bong Eats. My latest achievement was cooking Beef Rendang without burning down the apartment.

  • Video Games: I grew up with video games and have played almost every FIFA game (PES is better though) in the series. Some of my other favorites include Apex Legends, Valorant, Assassin’s Creed, Cities: Skylines, and Cyberpunk 2077.

  • Bored Coding: Sometimes, I code small quality-of-life improvement scripts. For example, I wrote a Wordle solver in MATLAB (not in frustration, obviously!) and I am currently playing with openWRT on an old eBay router!
